Reared by the Salter family in Co. Carlow, our Free Range White Turkeys are hand selected each year. The Salter Family is passionate about ethical farming & animal welfare which is a extremely important to us when choosing our suppliers. Allowing the Turkeys to grow naturally over a long period of time, results in a happy, healthier bird.

Free to forage & roam on the farm allows Maperath Turkeys to grow & develop in a natural environment , ensuring they have a stress-free life. Hatched in June and raised outdoors from late August, these Turkeys are grown slowly to full maturity & prime condition.
