Sirloin Steak (100%). No allergens.

Cooking instructions
Pan Fry, High/Medium, Time: 5-10 mins Pre-heat a heavy based pan on a high heat until it is smoking hot and fry the steak for 1 minute on each side to seal in the juices. Reduce to a medium heat and cook for a further 2-3 minutes(rare), 4-5 minutes(medium), 6-7 minutes(well done) turning halfway through cooking. Remove from pan and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. These instructions are given as guideline only as steak thickness will vary slightly.

Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated below 3°C. Once opened, consume before use by date on pack. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
