Cooking instructions
Cooking Instructions: As this smoked pudding is already cooked, you are simply reheating the pudding. The following are guidelines only. This pudding can be grilled, fried or airfried. Remove edible casing if desired and cut into required thickness. To Grill: Preheat to medium and cook for 3 minutes either side , or until crispy on the outside. Turn to lift the pudding gently using a spatula to reduce the chance of crumbling. To Pan Fry: Dry-fry on a medium heat, with no oil for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until crispy. Use a spatula to turn so to reduce the chance of crumbling To Air Fry: Set Air Fryer to 180 degrees for 5 minutes

Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated below 3°C. Once opened, consume before use by date on pack. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.

This is the best black pudding I have tasted in years; it is absolutely delicious! Made with real pig's blood rather than cow's blood, filler and black colouring, as is the market leader. It has the perfect amounts of fat and seasoning too. If you like real food and enjoy black pudding, you will love this!
