Our dry aging process is done in-house, in our state-of-the-art facilities, where we use traditional techniques to enhance the flavour and tenderness of the meat. Our dry aged steaks are aged for a minimum of 28 days, allowing the natural enzymes to break down the connective tissue and intensify the flavour.
