Guaranteed to be tender, lean & flavoursome, the fillet steak always win the popularity contest & is a best seller in our store. Fillet Steak is best served rare or medium-rare. Hugh hand selects our grass-fed beef from farmer James Troy in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
Whole Fillet of Chicken filled with pure Irish Garlic Butter. Gluten-free coating is light, golden & crispy.
Try something different for dinner with our Signature Turkey Welling Farm fresh Turkey Breast wrapped up in a layer of Apricot Sausage Meat. It is then rolled on a thin layer of puff pastry with a gentle brush of Cranberry Sauce.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180 for an hour and a half.
We cut a chunky piece of pork loin and debone it whilst leaving the rind on to ensure crackling successes. Lean, but with a good layer of fat beneath the skin.

Our Lean Turkey is prepared fresh in-store by our master butchers. We then place each breast in a cook safe bag. This makes it easy to cook in the oven and ensures the Juices & flavours don't escape. Leaving you with a perfect Turkey Breast.

Inspired by age old Italian Pork Sausage methods, Hugh Junior sourced the recipe for our Pesto & Red Onion Sausages during a summer spent working in Bologna. A very popular Sausage with our customers, each Sausage is hand made instore by our Master Craft Butchers.
