Our lamb breast is a rich, flavour-packed cut that’s perfect for slow cooking, roasting, or rolling and stuffing. Taken from high-quality Irish lamb, it’s beautifully marbled and becomes incredibly tender when cooked low and slow.

Each lamb breast typically contains 8 ribs. To ensure you receive the correct weight, your order may be supplied as one large piece or two or three prepared portions depending on the natural size of the lamb.
