Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The Golden Ticket Competition is open to all customers aged 18 or over residing in Ireland.
2. How to Enter:
To qualify for entry, participants must complete all four of the following steps:
a) Follow Hugh Maguire Butchers on Instagram and TikTok (@hmbutchers).
b) Follow The Smokin’ Butcher on Instagram and TikTok (@thesmokinbutcher_).
c) Place a Christmas order on or before December 12, 2024.
3. Existing Turkey Crown / Breast Purchases:
Customers who have already purchased their Christmas Turkey Crown / Breast may still enter the competition.
Should they win, the full cost of their previously purchased Turkey Crown / Breast will be refunded and replaced with their free Christmas Turkey Crown / Breast as part of the Golden Ticket prize.
4. Prize Details:
The Golden Ticket prize includes:
a) A 1 Year Supply of Meat, consisting of 12 monthly 5-for-€20 bundles (one per calendar month throughout 2025).
b) One Christmas Turkey Crown of the winner’s choice.
5. Prize Collection & Delivery:
a) The Christmas Turkey Crown may be collected in-store between December 21–24.
b) Home delivery is available on December 23.
c) Monthly bundles can be collected in-store or redeemed online as available.
6. Golden Ticket Redemption Rules:
a) Only one 5-for-€20 bundle may be redeemed per month.
b) Bundles cannot be saved, rolled over, transferred, or combined with future months.
c) Any month not redeemed will automatically expire at the end of that month.
d) All bundles must be collected by the winner or redeemed under their customer account.
7. Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen at random on December 16, 2024, and contacted directly by email.
8. Verification:
Hugh Maguire Butchers reserves the right to verify that all entry steps have been completed. Failure to meet the conditions may result in disqualification.
9. General:
a) No cash alternative is available for any part of the prize.
b) Hugh Maguire Butchers reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary.
c) By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to being contacted for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
