Smoked Black Pudding Rumble

Have it for lunch, brunch or a snack – Smoked Black pudding rumble is tasty and easy to make. Taking no more than 15 minutes from start to finish. Black pudding (made the traditional way) is a nutrient-rich food, combine it with organic or free range eggs and it’s a well rounded, nutritious meal.


Serves: 2
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 6 slices black pudding
  • 3 medium eggs
  • salt and pepper


Cook: 15min
  • Prepare a frying pan, heat until medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil, fry the onions until light brown.
  • Peel and add the black pudding slices and continue cooking for 10 minutes turning and slowly making into a hash (A semi mash).
  • Add the 3 eggs, salt and pepper to your liking. Can be served with any form of potato or bread.
