
Peri Peri Chicken Pittas
The Peri Peri Chicken Pitta bread sandwich is the perfect easy-to-make, wholesome lunchtime bite! Preparing this Pitta’s sandwich takes less than five minutes. We recommend using Rosie & Jim’s breaded Chicken Fillets. Rosie & Jim’s breaded chicken fillets are also Gluten-free!
Ingredients:
- Rosie & Jim Breaded Chicken Fillets.
- Peri-peri Sauce.
- Coleslaw – hand made or bought in your local shop.
- Pitta Bread – gluten-free, plain or wholemeal.
Method:
Ovenbake the breaded fillets for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
Next, heat up or toast the Pitta bread. Using a knife, slice it open on one side.
Using your hand, Stuff the Pitta with Coleslaw.
Chop up the cooked Chicken Fillet and add it to the Pitta bread.
Dollop your Peri-peri sauce on top and add some seasoning (Optional).
