This is personal…

I just wanted to thank everyone again for the support we’ve been receiving over the past two decades!

This has been an extraordinary year for us with the success of the Smokin’ Butcher Competition and the new retail pack for last year’s Great Taste Awards Supreme Champion the Smoked Black Pudding, opening the doors for new partnerships with Sheridan’s, Avoca, SuperValu and completely revamping our beloved Ashbourne Shop.

But on top of that…

We won five new Great Taste Awards – sweet cured smoked boneless loin of bacon, and two of our pork sausages received 1 star; the sweet cured smoked loin of bacon on the bone got 2 stars and our brand dry sweet cured smoked collar bacon won 3 stars.

And now… 3 titles at the 2018 Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards with our traditional black pudding bring home silver and the dry sweet cured streaky bacon and the spinach and cheese pork sausages snatching bronze!

Year after year the superior quality and great taste of our products have been recognised by you and this is now being reflected at national and international levels!

Thanks again and I’ll promise we’ll keep up with the good work!
